Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery. If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Payment

We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to shop online at The Green Cross Toad, so we use the Paypal Payment Gateway which accepts all major credit and debit cards and is an industry leader in Secure Online Payments. Customers in the UK can pay by cheque or postal order (orders will be posted within 2 working days of receipt of the cheque / p.o).

Shipping

When placing your order on our website an instant payment will be taken via our secure payment gateway and you will receive an email order confirmation. Your order will be picked, packaged and posted within 2 working days.

In the UK, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class Service wich usually arrives in 2-3 days. At checkout UK customers can also choose to pay for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items sent abroad by Royal Mail are passed to their partner courier in each contry so we cannot give an exact estimate about when the order will be delivered. Orders sent via recorded service will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in, the courier will leave a note advising a rescheduled day of delivery or the address of the postal office where your order can be collected from.

You can ask for your order to be delivered to an address that is different to your home address. When you go through the checkout process you will be asked to quote the billing address of the card or account you are using for the payment and then you will be asked to specify a delivery address if it is different from the billing address.
